My Conversion to Christianity

This is the story of how I converted from a ‘spiritual’/New Age lifestyle to waking up and becoming a committed born again Christian.  It was a slow transition and numerous times I found myself tempted back to the magic of New Age spiritualism, the power of the laws of attraction, tarot/angel cards, hypnosis, meditation, reiki, crystal healing, the third eye, the kundalini, yoga, astrology to name a few.   There is no doubting there is power behind these activities but I discovered through my experiences and through research that these are connected to black magic which leaves you vulnerable to demonic attachment (some of these activities require you to empty your mind which leaves you open to possession).

I am now 46 and from my early teenage years these activities had dictated my life.  I used the tarot daily often marvelling at how the same cards would pop up day after day. I would purchase astrological readings predicting my future, consult mediums, palmists, tarot readers psychics.  I had suffered from depression for most of my life up until my conversion and these were my lifeline and gave me hope. However, however much I used these my life never improved.  In fact I believe it made things worse. I also have been very psychic and claircognizant which is a sign of demonic attachment.  Losing control over your thoughts is a big indicator.  I later renounced these 'gifts' in prayer as they go against God's commandments.

It was only this year when I started properly meditating and using a YouTube station which guides you as to how to open the third eye. It was after the third day of meditating that strange things started to happen.  I couldn't sleep that night so at about 3 am I got out of bed, and went to the living room so I would not wake my partner up with my tossing and turning.  I looked out of the window and was immediately struck with what looked like a red comet arc up into the sky.   I then lit some candles and sat down on the sofa, relaxing body and mind.  I was staring towards the window when strangely this blue pulsing light started fading and then growing bigger and then fading again; when it grew bigger there was this red centre to it.  To this day I don't understand what that was. It then disappeared after a long few minutes. Immediately after, a red devil (like the archetypal devil) appeared at my window and grinned at me.  I swiftly blew out the candles and ran to the safety of my bedroom.

In the nights that followed I was plagued by shadowy figures and what I later found out (after researching) was the Hat Man (thousands of other people have seen it).  One night I was asleep and woke myself up shouting out 'No!'  Was this my spirit warning me?  I also saw what looked like the classic depiction of a grey alien float past and another night it was an inch away from my face like it was doing something to me.  I have seen the devil creature twice more as well.  He said, 'Hello Belinda' in a lascivious way.  He grinned at me, I felt as if I belonged to him.  It was scary and depressing.

I couldn't talk to my partner as he doesn't believe in anything that is not tangible.  So, I asked a friend of mine what to do.  She told me to ask them to go in the name of Jesus Christ and say the Lords Prayer.

That very night I did this and since then I have not had any more visitations.  It made me realize the power of Christ's name.

I have done a lot of research as a result.  I have started to also read the Bible and there are numerous passages which I found revealing: Deuteronomy 18:1-12, 'There shall not be found among you . . . anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you.'

The apostle Paul once came across  a psychic medium. Luke records what happened to him, Paul, and Silas in the pagan city of Philippi: "Now it happened, as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling. This girl followed Paul and us, and cried out, saying, 'These men are the servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to us the way of salvation.'  And this she did for many days. But Paul, greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, 'I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.' And he came out that very hour. But when her masters saw that their hope of profit was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace to the authorities.” (Acts 16:16-19, NKJV).

The spirit of the slave girl that was giving her the ability to do fortune-telling was an evil spirit, a demon, which Paul was able to cast out. It should be noted, that demons have no problem telling some of the truth to hide their deception. Even the demon could acknowledge Paul as serving God and teaching the truth.

Many people think such things as practicing the law of attraction as harmless fun.  I have heard an ex-satanist (who is now a Christian) talk about this.  He said that it does work, however, whatever you gain from it you will also have equal bad luck.  (It is a form of magic.)  This works with witchcraft and anyone who works with magic will have it reflected back to them.  I have read books by this ex-satanist and ex-witches who have turned Christian and they claim that curses they put out there really do work.  That is why so many people are attracted to satanism and witchcraft as they do hold a lot of power.  This ex-satanist, John Ramirez, used to be high ranking High Priest, one day he was asked to kill a lady which he took payment to do (this was part of his job).  He put a curse on her but the next day she was still alive.  He asked a higher ranking satanist why she didn't die and he replied that Christian's are protected and that they cannot touch them.  That alone should tell you of God's power.  Ramirez then started to question just how powerful satan was.  Especially as these curses had never failed before.   He started the slow process of converting to Christianity with the help of a Christian community.  There are many Youtube videos of ex-satanists/witches begging people to change their ways.

To make this change you must acknowledge you are a sinner, confess, thank God for his forgiveness and his mercy and  repent.  You have to believe and confess that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins,  was resurrected by God three days later and is your Lord and Saviour who will return one day. You need to be committed to turning away from these sins and be obedient to the new covenant in order for you to be accepted into heaven.  It is not too late for any of us.   Most importantly you need to seek a relationship with Jesus Christ; to love God with all your heart, soul and mind and love your neighbour like yourself. You need to denounce and turn your back on the world and all things carnal. It is a wrestling match between the flesh and the spirit. Loving God from the heart should be central to your life. Getting fully immersed water baptised to cleanse you of your sins and receive the Holy Spirit is also important.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Mark 16:15-16 And he said unto them. Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Those that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not, shall be damned.

Many satanists are high up in society they are promised money and prestige in return for loyalty and commitment. They believe that they will be saved from hell by satan himself.  This is contrary to what the Bible says: Satan himself will spend 1000 years in the bottomless pit.

The other thing I wanted to talk about is how movies and TV programs over the years have slowly programed us to accept certain behaviours as normal which are forbidden in the Bible.  Have you noticed that Christians are portrayed in a very negative light on television.  Think about the type of people who run Hollywood and the music business (research links between Hollywood, witchcraft and satanism).  You would rather believe them instead? Many people say that the Bible is out of date.  Only the outside world has changed but we are still the same bodies and spirits, we haven't changed. The Bible is still applicable. People would rather follow what society deems as moral than the Bible.  Hell is eternal, it is horrendous and the pain people feel is real.  This life we lead is fleeting. Please look up their personal testimonies on YouTube.

God is not a New Age, liberal minded everything goes God.  The New Age (which was started by the satanists by the way - please do your research) has twisted our perception of God to make us think that as long as we are good people it's ok to do all these things and still go to heaven. We can't pick and choose the path to heaven, that would be us making ourselves our own gods which would bring us full circle to what happened in the garden of Eden when the serpent tempted Eve to become independent of god.

Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light, he could present himself as benevolent and loving for instance, he will not be obviously evil, in fact many say he will be indistinguishable for the second coming of Christ (which many priests believe is imminent); many will be fooled. Listen to what he says (is he pushing a one world religion, which will replace all other religions?  Is what he is saying backed up in scripture? That will be a clue.  He will be very convincing).  There will be many antichrists.

2 Corinthians 11-14: And no wonder; for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

Please do your research as only you can discern if my sources are correct or not.  I feel so much stronger and my mind so much clearer since my conversion.  I used to always be in a muddle.  The biggest change is that I no longer have these demons around me.  If you do not believe me I hope God will show them to you just so it wakes you up.  I can't bear the thought of anyone going to Hell.
